Code of Ethics

If at any point you feel Level Up has breached their code of ethics or if you are unsatisfied with any of the services offered by Level Up please put your grievance in writing.
This should contain:

• Your name and contact details
• Date and time
• Your concern
• Who was involved in the incident?

Level Up will contact you in writing to notify you upon receiving the complaint. Level Up will investigate and return your email in an appropriate time frame

As a provider we will endeavor to respond to all complaints within 7 business days. With scope of resolution within 15 business days.

If a participant enrolls in a course and is unable to attend, they may reschedule for a different date. No refunds will be issued. In the instance of course failure, the participant will be able to undertake the same course again at no cost.

If after the second attempt to pass, with failure, the participant will have to purchase the course again.

If a participant is not satisfied with the program or the outcomes, the first step would be to email issue to the business. The second step will be an investigation conducted by Level Up Trainer Courses. The third step is providing outcome to the participant.
